Terms of service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Scope and business customers

These terms govern use of www.wzgaoguo.com and provide general conditions for inquiries and custom orders with Wenzhou Gaoguo Culture Products Co., Ltd., trading as Gaoguo. Our services are intended primarily for business purchasing, including packaging for your own products, resale or export where lawful. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to submit its requirements and approve a project.

2. Inquiries and quotations

Submitting an inquiry, uploading artwork or receiving an initial response does not place an order or require payment. Quotations are prepared for the specified product, quantity, materials, printing, finishing, destination and delivery arrangements. Quote validity, currency, included services and exclusions are stated in the quotation. Revised requirements may require a revised quote.

3. Order confirmation and priority of documents

An order proceeds after both parties confirm the quotation or pro forma invoice, specifications, artwork or proof, payment arrangements and production schedule in writing, and any payment required to begin has been received. A project-specific written agreement controls over these general terms where they differ, subject to applicable mandatory law. These website terms alone do not guarantee a price, capacity or delivery date.

4. Specifications, artwork and samples

Customers should check dimensions, structure, material, wording, logos, colors, finishing, quantities and delivery details before approval. We manufacture to the approved specifications and agreed quality requirements. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing and require written confirmation.

Digital images and proofs may differ from physical materials in color, texture or finish. A physical sample can be arranged where appropriate; sample costs, timing and any differences between a sample and mass production should be agreed before proceeding. Numerical tolerances, color standards, inspection criteria and any quantity allowance must be agreed for the order rather than assumed from website images.

5. Prices and payment

Order prices and payment milestones follow the accepted quotation, pro forma invoice or written agreement. There is no universal deposit percentage or payment schedule under these website terms. Shipping, taxes, duties, testing, tooling or other charges are included only when expressly stated. Any additional work or material change in charges requires written agreement before it proceeds.

6. Production and delivery

Production and transit are separate stages. Lead times begin when the agreed prerequisites have been met. We communicate material changes to the schedule and work with you on the next steps. Shipping costs, insurance, customs responsibilities and transfer of risk follow the written delivery arrangements and any expressly agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place. Transfer of ownership, if relevant, must be specified separately in the order agreement. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Customer files and intellectual property

You retain rights in the files you provide, subject to third-party rights. You confirm that you have the necessary permission to reproduce the submitted logos, designs and other content for the order. You authorize us to use them only as needed to evaluate, proof, produce and fulfil your project. We may seek clarification or decline unlawful or infringing work.

We will not publish identifiable customer artwork in marketing without permission. Separate confidentiality, tooling ownership or exclusivity arrangements should be recorded in writing. You may use our website to evaluate our services, but may not reproduce our original website content commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

8. Compliance and intended use

Please tell us before production about the product's intended use, destination market and any required food-contact, labeling, safety, testing or certification requirements. Available documentation or testing arrangements must be confirmed for the particular project. Website content does not itself certify a product for every use or market. Each party remains responsible for the obligations assigned to it by the order and applicable law.

9. Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a project. After approval, material procurement or production begins, some work may be irreversible. We will review the status and explain any completed work, committed costs, recoverable amounts and revised timing before agreeing a change or cancellation. A refund or cancellation outcome depends on the written order terms, actual project status and applicable law.

10. Quality issues and remedies

Custom products are not eligible for a routine change-of-mind return unless agreed. This does not remove responsibility for manufacturing defects, incorrect goods or failure to meet approved specifications. Report concerns with the order reference, affected quantity, description, photographs or video and relevant packaging records. Allow us to review the evidence and agree an appropriate remedy, which may include rework, replacement, credit or refund depending on the issue and order terms.

Please report visible transit damage and shortages within seven calendar days of delivery to help preserve carrier evidence. Other quality claims follow the inspection and claim arrangements agreed for the order. This reporting period does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not return or dispose of affected goods before arrangements are agreed, unless necessary for safety or required by law.

11. Website use and responsibility

Do not submit fraudulent or unlawful content, misuse inquiry forms, infringe others' rights or interfere with website security. Website information may be updated and is general guidance; confirmed orders are assessed against their approved specifications and written terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional project-specific liability arrangements must be agreed in writing.

12. Resolving concerns

Please contact us first so that we can investigate and seek a practical resolution through good-faith discussion. Any agreed governing law, court jurisdiction or arbitration mechanism should be recorded in the project agreement. If none is agreed, applicable law determines the available rights and procedures.

13. Updates and contact

Changes to these website terms do not automatically rewrite an already confirmed order. Questions may be sent to:
