Custom Paper Boxes

Custom paper boxes for retail, gifting and shipping projects.
Compare folding cartons, rigid gift boxes and corrugated mailer designs, with dimensions, printing and inserts reviewed for your product.

Choosing Your Paper Box

Size & Structure

Specify length × width × height, with units, and state whether dimensions are internal or external. Include the product size and clearance needed for inserts.

Materials & Inserts

Separate covering paper gsm from greyboard thickness or corrugated flute. Review inserts, closure and the packing method for the product.

Printing & Finishing

Share logo artwork, printing sides, colours and preferred finishes. Review placement and the finished sample before approving production.

Compare Paper Box Structures

Start with product fit, presentation and the delivery method. A retail or gift box should not be assumed suitable for courier shipping without reviewing the complete packing system.
StyleWhen to considerConfirm before ordering
Folding cartons → Compare for retail presentation where a folding paperboard structure suits the product. Internal fit, closure, board specification and whether an outer shipping pack is needed.
Rigid and collapsible gift boxes → Compare when a substantial gift presentation or fitted insert is part of the brief. Greyboard thickness, insert fit, assembly, closure and the storage/shipping volume of the chosen structure.
Corrugated mailer boxes → Compare when packing and shipping requirements are central to the project. Board/flute, product weight, cushioning and outer packing. Shipping performance is confirmed for the complete pack, not from the flute name alone.

Paper Box FAQs

Can I customize the box size and structure?
Yes. Box dimensions, structure, materials, inserts, printing and finishing are reviewed for your project. Provide labelled dimensions and state whether they are internal or external so product fit can be checked.
Can I review a sample before production?
Yes. We recommend sample approval before mass production so you can check the size, structure, material, printing and overall appearance. Sample arrangements are confirmed for each project.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Send the box style or reference, labelled dimensions and units, internal/external size, quantity per design, product dimensions and weight, delivery destination and contact email. Add materials, inserts, artwork, printing sides, finishing and the required arrival date when known.
Is the same MOQ available for every paper box?
No. Minimum quantities vary with the design, dimensions, material, printing, structure and finishing. Product pages provide starting specifications for those examples; the quantity for your project is confirmed in the quotation.
Can a retail gift box also be used for courier shipping?
Do not assume it can. Product weight, fragility, the box structure, inserts, cushioning and outer packaging need to be reviewed together. Describe the delivery method and protection requirements; agree on any relevant sample or packing checks before production.
Does the listed production lead time include delivery?
Do not treat a production lead time as a delivered-by date. Sample approval, artwork confirmation, production and transport are separate stages. Share the required arrival date and destination so the schedule and shipping arrangements can be confirmed for your order.
